Where do i place my personalized verse or declaration?

Choose from our existing designs and email us your customizations via our Contact Us page or at lifeverseca@gmail.com. Please indicate the order number in the Subject field. The limit for declaration is 4 words, for example, “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made.” Verse is limited to 1 continuous verse, for example, “Psalm 139:14-15.”

How do I pick my size?

Please ensure you refer to the sizing chart included in each listing before placing your order. Since this is a unisex retail fit, women may need to size down for a more snug fit and men may need to size up for a looser fit (or vice versa). If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed (not including weekends or holidays). For rush orders, please contact us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 

We ship all orders via Canada Post (with Tracking).  Usually, it takes 2 to 9 business days within Canada and 4 to 7 business days to US customers, but due to precautionary measures because of COVID 19, it may take a little longer.  We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee delivery times and delays are beyond our control. If you would like your item by a specific date, we suggest you to message us. Currently, we do not ship to other countries apart from US and Canada.

It's more than 14 days, can I contact you for unreceived order? 

Absolutely! We are happy to solve any issues you encountered with regards to your order. Just fill out our contact us page found at the bottom of our website. Please be reminded that we ship to the "Shipping Address" you entered when you checkout. Please make sure that the address is correct, or message us immediately to change the address after checkout. We cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address in your order. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by the courier.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes.  You may cancel your order within 12 hours after submission. Beyond 12 hours, please contact us so we can inform you if we haven't started working on your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Since our products are customized/personalized, we can't accept any returns or exchanges unless the items arrived damaged or defective. If you received an incorrect product (size, color or print), kindly inform us and we will help you with the refund process. We would need you to send us your order number and photos of the product you received for verification.  But if you don't want a replacement for the wrong product, we will issue you a full refund.  If the parcel arrived damaged and/or appears to have been opened, let us know and kindly take pictures before unpacking the box. We will investigate it and let you know the next steps.
